38th Annual Campbell Boat Owner's Regatta-2010

Our 38th Regatta was a good turn-out on Sept 23-25, 2010. Total registration numbers, 48 Paid registered boats and persons attended 100+. With beach space becoming precious, we took a different tack and took our party up river to Moabi for som emore space. Once again we appreciate all your volunteerism to help keep this event the stand-out it is, thanks to all of you. We started on Friday night at Montanas for registration and to distribute t-shirts. Saturday morning we met at Thompson bay for the run up to Moabi. We had an excellent Pot Luck with Mitch Parker's (28' Sangria) usual Carne Asada feast. There was a 50-50 tickets raffle game. We eventually headed back up river to the Eagles club for some delicious Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu. Sunday morning we headed the other direction for brunch at Havasu Springs, and then back to the channel to end our week-end as a group. Once again thanks to all of you who attended to make this such a great event and we expect to see more of you next year!
